All products will be shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed on the website.*
*Please note custom clutches are made-to-order so will be shipped out 5 business days after the order has been placed.
Orders shipping within Australia:
For Regular Australian post- you should expect delivery within 3-5 business days
For Express Australian post- you should expect delivery within 2-4 business days.
All Australian domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Post. Your order is trackable and requires a signature on delivery.

If you are sending direct to someone special as a gift and would like a personal note from you included inside, just write your message / details in the 'notes' section during checkout.

Estelle Briedis cannot be held responsible for unpredicted shipping delays with Australia Post, or lost / stolen items in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address entered at time of checkout is correct. Please note, package labels are created with the address exactly as it was given, so please check at time of purchase.
All orders are packed carefully and securely for postage. All products come in a fabric drawstring pouch, making it the perfect gift.

Send back your item within 14 days of receipt and it can be repaired, replaced, or returned for a full refund. Providing the product is completely unused, original condition, has the original packaging and receipt.
-Shipping and handling fees are unfortunately not refundable.
-If in the event of the goods being faulty however, please get in touch as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
-Please keep receipts of returned products for proof of postage.
As custom orders are printed and made especially for you please be aware that these are made-to-order products, cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Should you decided to cancel your customised clutch for any reason, a cancellation fee of 25% of the order price will be charged.
All sale items are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.
Slight variation of colouring may occur when viewing in browsers through different monitors. Please be aware that every product has been hand-crafted and as a result slight variations in colour and size, style and shape may occur.
